This Sparta, IL office building was afflicted by water damage when a pipe leaked onto the main floor. The before picture may seem normal, but if you look closely you can see the dark spots where the water has risen through the carpet. Not only was the carpet affected, but the laminate flooring beneath that had substantial water damage. Our SERVPRO technicians went straight to work, pulling up all of the carpet and laminate and setting air movers to the bare floor. Once the entire area was dry and the sealant was applied, the floor was able to be repaired and the office building was quickly restored.
